I had forgotten just how much I like Sesame Street. Even the modern version (though nowhere near as good as the 70s) is better than anything else on television. I am happy to have a reason to watch it again.

I even love the new characters and the new segments. Murray Has a Little Lamb is super cool and Ovejita is awesome. If you haven’t seen it, you should. Murray has a really advanced sense of humor. Ovejita is a tiny purple lamb who takes him to a different kind of school each segment. He spends the segment trying to learn to ice skate or garden and she flies around giggling insanely.

I do miss the original format that mimicked a television program interrupted by commercials, with the number and letter of the day as sponsors.
